Another Friday, another success :)
Happy happy birthday to our dear directress and principal, Sr. Teresa Tanaka :)
Yessss! Thank you Lord! This Friday was good, fulfilling . . . Just like the previous week :) I woke up feeling okay, and I was on the verge of not going to school. Mom said, "Wag ka nang pumasok" and I looked at her like Mom-no-way-I-ain't-going-I-want-that-Perfect-Attendance-award-plus-I've-got-that-ESC-thing. But at first I was still lazy to get out of bed :)) But luckily I managed. Hahaha. The service came, and while we were going to Chloe's house dad called and said that I forgot the safety pins! Oh the joy. Hahaha. But he brought it to 1B's gate, thank God. The rain was already pouring hard, luckily I brought my jacket this time. Hahaha. The entrance to the school and the HS building got crowded, and so that meant more time for me to sleep in the service. HAHAHA!
I arrived at Chofu feeling not so great. Approached Jessa and asked her if she's fine :) And then Tr. Jho came and we went inside the classroom. We sang the National Anthem and prayed the morning prayer together with the elem peeps and then I went out to give back the Chemistry book and quiz bee reviewers that Tr. Tina lent Michelle and me for the quiz bee back at Camp. Finally, eh? Hahahaha :)) Yeah. And then Sir Jhun came for Health. We proceeded to the AVR for the discussion, which was today all about Health Examinations. And we saw pictures of some body parts that have diseases . . . Like in the eye and ears and mouth . . . Horrifying much. What a nice way to start the morning :)))) Anyway, after that we had Physics. We reviewed for the quiz. It wasn't that hard, and it was only a 10-item quiz. Plus Tr. Jean said, "Hindi pa naman ako nakakapagbigay ng mahirap na quiz." And I was like, "This is such a nice change!!" =)))))
Recess time. I brought the sash with me :)) We ate lunch already. Wew. After that we went back to the corridor. A few minutes later all the participants were going to the gym and changing clothes, so I headed there too. Pambid and I started to put the sash around the participants, with Jamsy and Pam's help :) Thanks guise! We were looking for the rest who didn't get their sash yet, and then Jessa and I looked for Sir Andy for the projector. Then Zach set it up with the laptop, and before we knew it, the program had already started. Wew! We were setting up the USB's in Sir Andy's laptop when it suddenly DIED. Wow. But thankfully everything was restored in the nick of time :D After Emi had escorted Sr. Teresa to the front of the gym, the real program started.
The juniors were up first. They were dancing the cotillion. I didn't really get to watch much :( Next were the freshmen. Their performance wasn't at all debut-related, but Sr. Teresa enjoyed it and that's what matters, right? :) Next up were the seniors. Zach and Pam were setting up their presentation. It was funny because they told me and Pambid to get off our seats because they said we might not know how to operate the presentation. Tapos, automatic naman pala!! =))))) Wow thank you ha :)))) Ahahaha just kidding. I like the seniors' presentation, it showed our students who have latent abilities. :-bd Great job, great job! Very touching :D Hehehe. The last presentation was from the sophomores. They sang a song to Sr. Teresa. Hahaha.
But the party doesn't end there! As a matter of fact, it was just getting started :> The 18 roses, 18 candles, and 18 treasures . . . Did you see the sash? We worked on that! :)) And it felt good, like everything was lifted from my shoulders :) Hooray! I won't elaborate anymore on that because it was too long :)) But here's the most amazing part. I looked at the clock and realized that it was only about less than 10 minutes 'til 11. Right on time!! :) =D> Weeeeee! So we stayed in the gym after everyone went back to the classrooms. We were all, "YES!! SUCCESS!!!" :D We cleaned up the stage, and then Tr. Ann and Tr. Edith offered us the cupcakes :)) Woopee! :D I don't care if I had a sore throat, I wanna eat some food! :))) It was delicious ;) Even the icing! Hahaha! Cool B-)
So we brought all Sr. Teresa's gifts to her office. She's got so many!! I only see those kind of things on ASAP =)) When a celebrity's celebrating (wow redundant much) his or her birthday hahaha. Then the candles, Pambid was like, "Sister, candles . . . for brownout." HAHAHAHA! Wagas eh. =)) Lolz. Yeah . . . So I went back to Chofu and they were already answering something in Physics. Regina, Pam and I were still hoping that classes will be suspended for the day. HAHAHA. Then we were dismissed for lunch. I drank the Biogesic that Regina gave me :D Thanks, George!! :D After eating at the canteen we went back to the corridors, and then, Tr. Jho came and went inside our classroom. We could only hope for the best. She already brought the box where we put our phones. And then we asked the question.
"Cher suspended po ang classes?"
And she nodded.
We were all, YESSSSSS!!!!! Thank you Lord :)) This is the happiest day of my life :)) Slept right when I got home! Oh thank you Lord talaga :) Another job well done, ESC!!!! And job well done to the those who organized their presentation in their respective levels, especially our very own Seniors' Alliance officers!! Namely Michelle, Jessa and Raffy :D Woooohu! :)
