Forever changing my mind
Some people are commenting on my C-Box. These people are people that I do not know. I was surprised when I saw those names saying that my blog was good. Haha. Thanks. x]
Today was supposed to be a serious day for us juniors. I was serious in different aspects today. I'm serious about the things I do and the paths I choose to take. I'm also serious about asking what jobs there are available when you take B.S. Physical Therapy. And I even got a De La Salle Health Sciences Institute bag just for asking! \m/ :)))) But in all seriousness, I was really thinking about actually enrolling in DLSHI. The show Bones got me interested in anthropology, and I think P.T. is the course for that. [ If I'm wrong about this then lemme know. :) ] Anyway, I'm interested in working at the lab when I graduate, like Dr. Temperance Brennan! Plus she helps solve crimes through her work! The salary is interesting, too! :))) It's high. I just know it. And I wanna be a billionaire so freaking bad! XD
The scholarships . . . Ahh, the scholarships . . . The valedictorian and salutatorian receive a scholarship immediately! Wew. I'm hoping/not hoping for that. What? I still have high dreams, even if I know they won't be completely fulfilled. :)) :P *sigh* Then Gaston started asking about the sports scholarships, and then the speaker said that there's a chorale scholarship, too! Plus, the competitions are international. Ain't that swell? :)
Unfortunately, I'm not actually going to take up P.T. That's just another one of the things I want to achieve but know that I can't, so I won't. :))) But the chorale scholarship's making me think about it. That is a very cool scholarship! :D If only Malayan Colleges Laguna offers that, too. :)) Sadly, no.
Hanna finally saw Reeve at MCL after 9 months! I don't really care, though. =)) Alaine was there, too. He looked cool in the presentation. Wooooooo! \m/ We saw Ate Ramsey, too! :D \m/ :)) Saw many other Bosconians there. Wew. =))
I'm gonna take up Civil Engineering in college. :) I could just go to MCL to study that, you know. But I won't. :)) I kind of hated that they didn't explain much about the courses that they offer, so I don't have much of a background yet. Oh, but the guy at DLSHSI said that engineers will always be in demand, so that would be awesome. :)) Anyway, back to MCL. They also have Multimedia Arts as their course. They even have a Macintosh Lab! Or at least that's what I remember that it's called. :)) I'm interested in taking that, too! I mean, how awesome would it be to make some mean videos? Like the ones they used in their presentation. Cool!! \m/
They also offer HRM and Tourism. Man. There were chefs-in-the-making there. Food!!! Wew. That's all I can say. They even have a model standard room and a presidential suite for practice! How cool is that? Their track is made of rubber. Cool!!!!! :))
Before today, I never even thought I'd take a step in these two campuses. But after we visited them, I actually got a feel of the college life. x] Oh my gosh! I totally forgot about the other activities they have. In DLSHSI they have an "Acoustic Night," where the students could sing and rock out without anyone having to judge them. Literally. It's not a contest, it's just a gathering where you have fun. \m/ Then in MCL they have contests, like "Malayan Idol" and band contests, I think, so those are cool, too! :)
College life, you are scary and exciting at the same time. I have so much expectations about you, just as much as you've got expectations from me, too. Let's not break each other's hearts like what high school's doing to me right now, okay? See you in one and a half years. I'm not exactly sure where I'll go but I know I'm going to meet you.
