AWESOMENESS in the HOUSE!
the era of awesomeness has begun.September 18, 2010: When you see it...
We attended the robotics seminar/workshop. What happened? We had the seminar first. The talk. :)) So Mr. Gilbert who is married with 2 kids was always telling us to "use our kits." :))) Wow that was funny. =)))) We saw the Lego robots and other stuff like that . . . Hmm, what else? Well, we were kind of just waiting for break time because we were soooo hungry. :))) And finally, it was break time!! \m/ :D We went to canteen 2. We ate food. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :)))
And then back to the Suginami Hall. We were grouped into 5 different teams. Michelle, Louise and I were put into the girl power group! With Kuya AJ and Sir Toby. =)) XD Assembled a robot and programmed it. Weeee. We didn't get to do much though. Hahaha. And then, lunch. We girls ate, and some boys. Raphael and Eminence didn't eat because they didn't bring food. And they didn't order either. Tsk tsk tsk! [-( So they didn't eat lunch. [-(
We went back to the Suginami Hall and started taking S-brix pics. :))) A lot of em. :)))) And then we had break time. It was me, Michelle, Margie, Louise, Karen, Emi, Raffy and Paolo in the study area. Taking more S-brix pictures. Hahaha. :)) After 15 minutes we went back to the Suginami Hall and took more pictures. :)) We often got scolded. Hahaha! :)) But we saw some robots. Group 2 was the best group. :))))) They were mostly boys. :)) And they got the additional challenges and stuff like that. Haha. :)) But all the groups were great! So cool to see the robots. :D Margie was happy. EHEM. :)) Too bad mine wasn't there . . . WHY DIDN'T YOU COME? :( :))
Then it was time for the closing remarks. Oh, by the way, we used the RCX thing in controlling the robots. During the last hour of the seminar, Sir Gilbert showed us second-generation (or something like that, I forgot the exact thing he said) robots controlled by NXT I think . . . These robots were voice-activated and color-sensors and cool stuff like that . . . Technology rocks!! :)) That is just so cool. Haha. :D And then they gave us the certificates. But the certificates were fails. :)) Worshop. Woooo! Wow. :)) And then we had picture-taking. Wee. :D
After that, Michelle and I were with Eminence, Raphael, Jericho and Paolo. We were sound tripping. :)) Coooool!! And then Raphael left. Then Jericho. Eminence and Paolo were fetched by Xander and their friends because they were going to Nuvali. Cooooool. And then Michelle and I were forever alone. Hahahahaha! :)))) Then dad came after a few minutes. Phew!
